- 8am - My favourite green smoothie. Made 2 pints - one for now one for later.
- 12.30pm - Green pinta numero 2
- 6.10pm - Fab coriander attack juice. Felt great after this.
- 9pm - An apple and a carrot to munch on for something crunchy:)
The Green Smoothie Experiment is inspired by raw food educators Ann Wigmore, Victoria Boutenko, Gabriel Cousons, and Tonya Zavasta. Can I get enough calories from eating a vegetable juice for breakfast, a green smoothies for lunch and a crunchy salad in the evening? Will I feel ghastly at first? Will I feel fabulous after a couple of weeks? There is only one way to find out.

Day 2 of the Green Smoothie Experiment
Doing well, but the weather is set to go colder so we shall have to wait and see.
